An improved Adapter plate for Namur pad-mount pilot valve, ASCO 290 & 390 Series, is now available from DPS Group.
Our partners at ASCO have modified the system for the adapter plate for NAMUR pad-mounting on our 290 and 390 Series of angle-seat valves, resulting in improved resistance to vibrations and the strength to withstand heavier loads.
Pipe-unions in 316L stainless steel are fitted to the thread of the pilot port, allowing the stainless steel adapter plate to be attached to these pipe-unions, rather than the plastic of the pilot ports.
This results in:
- Improved strength and resistance to vibrations
- Improved mounting of heavier pilot valves such as those used with ATEX operators
