We are thrilled to introduce the newest cohort of apprentices at DPS Group, who have just taken the first steps in what we hope will be a rewarding journey with us.  

Their introductory day to life at DPS began with a visit to our headquarters at DPS House. This provided the apprentices with the opportunity to get acquainted with their new working environment and meet key members of the team who they will be working closely with. This networking session provided a valuable opportunity for the apprentices to begin forming important relationships and allowed them to feel a part of the wider DPS team from the get-go. The energy and enthusiasm among the apprentices was abundant as they familiarised themselves with their new surroundings and began to build vital connections with colleagues and with one another.  

The group then headed to Raith Rovers Football Club for an official photoshoot, a fun and exciting way to commemorate the beginning of what will hopefully be a rewarding and valuable experience. This event allowed the group a crucial opportunity to bond and captured the enthusiasm and team spirit beginning to form within them, reflecting values we actively encourage at DPS.  

Our apprenticeship programme is designed to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to grow a career in automation and process control. Many members of our senior leadership team began their careers as apprentices, and DPS ingrain a passion for developing passionate young individuals into industry professionals into our company culture.  

We are excited to support this motivated and enthusiastic group as they progress through their apprenticeships and begin to make their own impact at DPS. We are confident that with the guidance and support of their mentors, they will develop into skilled professionals and valued members of the DPS team.
