DPS Group are one of only five companies in the EMEA region working directly with Siemens Headquarters in Germany to support the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace.
Siemens is providing their “white glove” partnership approach for Platinum Partners, helping us to build and optimise our presence on Siemens Xcelerator marketplace improving how we position and sell our solutions.
As part of this collaboration, we recently hosted a Siemens-led BizMo (Business Model) workshop at DPS Group. The session focused on how to build and structure, a scalable business model for selling via the Xcelerator Marketplace and developing an e-commerce driven approach to solution delivery.
A key focus was SAM (Smart Asset Management). SAM is Digitalisation for Industrial Assets which provides a simple, structured & scalable entry into Digital Transformation and is delivered using Plug & Play Siemens Hardware for rapid connection to Operational Technology. In the workshop we looked at our OEE solution, which helps manufacturers improve visibility of production performance, reduce downtime, and make more proactive, data-driven decisions.
Overall, the session supported our goal of strengthening our commercial approach and better positioning our solution within the Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem. Link to Marketplace – DPS Group | Siemens
