DPS Group this year continues its long association with the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
The group is responsible for the Mechanical & Electrical Management of the world renowned international celebration at the 8,600 capacity stadium.
DPS Group works across key sectors on this project:
Power – DPS Group installs all electrical services for the Tattoo. In real terms that 17 miles worth of cabling to ensure the Castle Esplanade is beautifully lit, as well as all necessary safety lighting is in place, too. With a full 1 MW of power available there’s no chance of the lights going out with DPS Group.
Water – DPS Group is responsible for all water and drainage systems, including management all of all on-site permanent toilets.
Food & beverage – DPS Group installs all food preparation areas which are bespoke built for the Tattoo each year.
Over the last six years, DPS Group has developed a strong partnership with Interserve who manages the overall build for the Tattoo. That relationship has extended across a wider range of services, possible as a result of DPS Group’s integrated approach to solutions.
