News of a recent course at our DPS Group headquarters on Functional Safety & SIL for technicians.
DPS Group was delighted to host a Functional Safety & SIL for Technicians training course earlier this month.
This course – which took place at our headquarters in Glenrothes provided Technicians with a practical knowledge of Functional Safety and an appreciation of its relevance in the workplace.
The course introduced the key concepts of functional safety and functional safety management in accordance with IEC 61511 and goes on to develop that understanding through a series of classroom discussions, activities, videos and exercises.
“It was great to welcome the students to DPS Group for this vital two-day course,” a spokesperson said.
“As a company we’re committed to the highest standards training and development and so it was fantastic to be able to host this session at our head office.”
