DPS Group have enjoyed strong growth in recent years, significantly increasing their workforce and investing in a programme for apprentices.
They are running ahead of the curve in terms of investment in digital infrastructure such as the introduction of paperless risk-based compliance testing as the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) begins to make a significant impact on multiple manufacturing sectors.
DPS Group Director Colin Millar comments:
“By becoming Living Wage accredited we are benefiting the local community, giving a better quality of life to local families and boosting the local economy. We are sending a clear message to our staff, customers and suppliers that the DPS Group is a caring company.”
